These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the MeatPack website and your purchase of any products or services from MeatPack. By visiting our website, placing an order, or conducting business with MeatPack, you (“Customer,” “Buyer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
By accessing this website or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all online and offline purchases unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
These Terms, together with any quotes, order confirmations, invoices, or other written documents issued by MeatPack, constitute the entire agreement between you and MeatPack. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by MeatPack.
All quotes are provided for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. An order is considered accepted only upon confirmation by MeatPack.
MeatPack reserves the right to adjust pricing or product specifications prior to shipment. Customers agree to pay all prices listed on the order or invoice, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees.
Customers with approved credit accounts must comply with their assigned payment terms. All other orders require payment prior to processing or shipment. Past-due balances may incur late fees, finance charges, or collection costs at MeatPack’s discretion.
Products will be shipped using the most appropriate carrier or method unless otherwise requested by the customer. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges will be added unless specified otherwise.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the carrier, even if freight charges are prepaid by MeatPack. MeatPack is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers or customer-requested shipping instructions.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within a reasonable time of receipt. Original packaging and documentation must be retained for inspection.
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returns resulting from customer error may not be accepted. Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-returnable unless defective due to manufacturing issues.
Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use. Unless expressly stated in writing, MeatPack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or regulatory compliance for specific applications.
MeatPack is not liable for issues arising from improper handling, storage, misuse, or failure to follow recommended guidelines.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeatPack’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. MeatPack is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, loss of contents, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. MeatPack is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
All website content, including text, images, graphics, trademarks, and layout, is owned by MeatPack or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
Customers submitting artwork or designs confirm they have legal rights to such materials and agree to indemnify MeatPack against any third-party claims.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.
MeatPack reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
