We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
To qualify for a return:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number) is required.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Custom-printed or special-order items
Items purchased under bulk discounts (1,000+ cartons) unless defective
Clearance or promotional sale products

Contact information for follow-up
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by us.
After we receive the returned item:
Our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Refunds are processed via Direct Bank Transfer, typically within 7–10 business days.
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our sales team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
In such cases, please follow the return process above.
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
